Well-Child Check-ups Include:

  • Anemia Assessment with Hemoglobin
  • Developmental Screening
  • Autism Spectrum Disorder Assessment
  • Dyslipidemia Assessment (High Cholesterol)
  • Vision and Hearing Screening
  • Tuberculosis Risk Assessment
  • Nutritional Assessment & Counseling related to BMI
  • Immunizations
  • Complete Physical Examination
  • Sickle Cell Testing
  • Lead Testing
  • Adolescent/Teen Risk Assessment
  • Referral, if indicated, to another clinic or Primary Care Provider for further evaluation
